  • A lack of in-depth, practical training programs tailored for teachers, administrators, principals, and school owners.
  • Limited availability of professional consulting solutions for education operations and governance, causing difficulties for many schools and training centers in managing and developing their teams.
  • The absence of a truly connected education community where managers, teachers, and experts can share insights, experiences, and trends.
  • Educational resources and materials remain fragmented, unsystematic, and poorly aligned with the actual deployment capacity at educational institutions in Vietnam.

She has expertise in policy development, adult learning, digital integration, and quality assurance, and has led major initiatives in compliance, workforce development and digital capability building. With a strong commitment to inclusive, human-centered design, she helps institutions align strategy, pedagogy and technology, together with VietEdra in creating future-ready learning environments.

M.A. Le Thi Thu Hien

Academic Advisor

Dedicated Compliance Manager with expertise in Australia’s VET and Foundation Studies sectors. Experienced in leadership and advisory roles. Proficient in the Australian VET Quality Framework, education regulations, compliance audits, and instructional design. With a Master of TESOL, combining academic knowledge with practical experience, she brings a global perspective to quality assurance and competency-based training to deliver sustainable compliance and education solutions.

Dr. Luong Thi Phuong Nhi

Academic Advisor

An accomplished educator and researcher with 20+ years of experience in higher education and ELT, currently a Lecturer of English at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. She holds a Master of TESOL, a Master of International Business, and a Ph.D. in Education. Her research focuses on international education, cultural values, social responsibility, sustainability, and innovation, with publications on professional development, technology in ELT, hospitality and tourism management, and leadership.

M.A. Leigh Gerrard Dwyer

Academic Advisor

Curriculum & Assessment Leader at William Angliss Institute, ISS Institute Fellow 2024 researching AI in education. With a strong background in TESOL and vocational education, he has progressed from ESL teacher to Director of Studies, curriculum designer, and TESOL lecturer. His work focuses on applying AI to enhance teaching, learning, and future-ready curriculum design.

M.A. Chau Huy Hoa Ai

Academic Advisor

Education expert with 15+ years’ experience in teaching, curriculum design, and academic management. She has developed ESL/EFL programs, built online training systems, and led edtech projects. With a Master’s in TESOL from the University of Melbourne, she integrates academic knowledge and technology to create effective, sustainable learning solutions.
